JoAnn McCullough
Executive Director

JoAnn McCullough has been Executive Director of IMANI since its inception. A passionate advocate for improving achievement for all students, McCullough has been instrumental in securing foundation and community support for innovative programs that encourage students of color to enroll in more challenging classes and provide the support they need to succeed academically. McCullough is a past president of the Montclair Fund for Educational Excellence. She currently serves on the board of trustees of the Montclair Public Library and the Montclair Film Festival, and as a liaison to the Montclair PTA Council.
