Summer Programs

IMANI offers summer academic enrichment programs for incoming high school freshmen that help ease the transition from middle school to high school. We also provide summer test prep programs for high school students.

High School Readiness Summer Program

9th grade teachers will introduce the exciting curriculum of World Literature, review/ preview Algebra I, and so much more!

• Develop new Algebra skills
• Evaluate your Algebra readiness level
• Explore literature through discussion and role play
• Read books from the 9th grade curriculum
• Sharpen your writing skills
• Tour Montclair High School and meet key staff
• Learn about extracurricular activities offerings.

SAT Prep Course
Offered to MHS sophomores through seniors

SAT Preparation, taught by trained coaches from Revolution Prep, is a four-week workshop that prepares students entering grades 10-12 for the October SAT/PSAT exam.

The SAT review course helps students practice the critical reading, math problem-solving and writing skills they need to do well on the SAT. It also helps students get a better sense of their strengths and weaknesses in these areas so they can figure out if they need extra tutoring or practice to sharpen their skills.
