JoAnn McCullough
Executive Director
JoAnn McCullough has been Executive Director of IMANI since its inception. A passionate advocate for improving minority student achievement, McCullough has been instrumental in securing foundation and community support for innovative programs that encourage students of color to enroll in more challenging classes and provide the support they need to succeed academically. McCullough is a past president of the Montclair Fund for Educational Excellence and currently serves as a member of the District Leadership Team as well as a liaison to the Montclair PTA Council.
