About IMANI

IMANI (Improving Montclair Achievement Network Initiative) is a community-based non-profit organization that offers educational support programs to promote high achievement for all students in the Montclair Public Schools.

Our Mission

Our primary mission is to help close the achievement gap between white students and students of color by providing focused instruction through a variety of educational support programs.

In addition, we seek to encourage Montclair minority students to pursue college enrollment, particularly in four-year colleges, and to fulfill the requirements to earn a college degree.
